happy february!
today we reopened after a week of sprucing up the spoon. every winter we close to refinish the floors, work on some equipment and touch up here and there... sorry for any inconvenience!
as we proceed through february look for more lover's day flavors - lots of chocolates (dark chocolate, milk chocolate, chocolate sorbet, chocolate rose ice cream) and lots of passion (passion fruit ice cream, passionate mango sorbet, passionate blueberry sorbet)... we'll also make some strawberry streak sorbet (with organic nj strawberries!) that tastes like a chocolate covered strawberry! maybe we'll squeeze in a bitter chocolate for anyone not feeling cupid's arrow.
