serious eats new york visits the spoon!
recently carey jones from serious eats new york stopped by the spoon. fortunately she got a chance to sample nj's harvest bounty including pumpkin mascarpone with cocoa nibs (organically grown nj pumpkins!), jersey heirloom cranberry cider sorbet (jersey cranberries & terhune cider), jersey honey & pear prosecco sorbet (terhune bartlett pears). in her generous review of the shop she says, "it's impossible to resist the ice cream...each one was phenomenal." thank you so much for the kind words! ;)
