we'll be bringing garden state goodness and a taste of fall this time... look for jersey cranberry cider sorbet made with nj heirloom cranberries, nj honey & nj apple cider. we'll also have an ice cream featuring organically grown nj pumpkins and a dark chocolate ice cream with nj rosemary... yum all around!
the new amsterdam market's goal is to support regional agriculture and local food businesses by reviving and reinventing the public market. butchers, fishmongers, cheesemongers, bakers, grocers, wild food gatherers, hucksters, provisioners, purveyors and us.
